Special Counsel

Ms. Bellucci serves as Special Counsel to the firm and practices in the field of Tax Law and Trust & Estate Law. Her extensive experience working both in-house for large corporations, as well as in private practice, provides her with an effective vision and perspective to clients of all sizes. Her tax and T&E work and experience has included:

  • Tax aspects of reorganization cases and nonjudicial restructurings
  • International tax planning, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits and advance pricing agreements
  • Tax-exempt organization work, including controversy resolution
  • Tax audits including prefiling agreements and fast-track resolutions
  • Appeals, including early referral, mediation and arbitration
  • Resolutions of complex tax matters involving multiple years, issues and stages of controversy within the IRS
  • State tax planning and controversy

Patricia is licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Her legal and tax career has included positions as in-house tax counsel for Fortune 500 Companies and as a consultant for a Big Four Accounting Firm. She was a business, law and taxation professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both tenure track and adjunct positions. She has served on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Attorneys- CPAs since 2006 and was the Co-Chair of the organization's Tax Exempt Committee from 2009-2017. Patricia is a member of the Westchester Woman's Bar Association and has served as the Chair of the Tax Committee since 2018. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center, Pawling Public Radio, the National Society for the Gifted and Talented, Pawling Community Foundation, and the West Point Parents Club of NY and NJ.  Patricia resides in Pawling with her husband, Jim, and her two children.
