Formerly General Counsel at HAYSVENTURES, LLC, Steven has over 25 years of legal experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, building, development, financing, re-financing and investment. Over the course of his career, Steven negotiated and drafted complex commercial office and retail leases, subleases, licensing agreements and assignments representing landlord clients including SL Green Realty Corp., Emerge.NYC LLC, Sitt Asset Management LLC, the Roosevelt Hotel and Vornado Realty Trust. Steven has also successfully litigated complex commercial real estate, foreclosure and land use proceedings representing Freddie Mae and Fannie Mae mortgage, Countrywide mortgage, Citimortgage and Credit Suisse in all phases of litigation.
