NEW YORK – Berlandi Nussbaum & Reitzas LLP congratulates its client – Minnesota based EasyBraid Co. on their recent asset sale to Desco Industries, Inc. of Chino, California.   Established in 1989, EasyBraid Co. has achieved widespread recognition as a provider and manufacturer of supplies and equipment used in the PCB assembly industry.  Desco Industries, Inc., which was originally incorporated in 1956 as Delta Electrical Specialty Company, now consists of a variety of brands such as Desco, CMG, Desco Asia, EMIT, Menda, Protektive Pak, Smart Clock, Statguard Flooring, Special Team, ESD Systems, Charleswater, and Vermason.

The transaction involved the sale of all tangible and intangible assets of EasyBraid Co., as well as the implementation of ancillary arrangements between the principals. “As with most transactions of this nature, this deal had many moving parts and pieces,” stated Reitzas, “ultimately, however, we were able to put the puzzle together in a manner that was beneficial to all parties involved.”
